- WinBex-DA2 is a device that conducts function of transmission after mapping MPEG-2 Transport Stream (hereafter MPEG2 TS) that is being mapped in DVB-ASI signal in DS3 signal and inversely, function of sending after mapping MPEG-2 TS that is being mapped in DS3 signal in DVB-ASI signal.
